Shipping Policy

All plants are sent in pots and are packaged with great care to ensure an easy adjustment to your growing environment.  In order to maintain our stringent quality standards, we will do our best to process your order promptly.  However, during extreme weather (very cold or very hot conditions) we may need to hold your shipment a few days in order to minimize the amount of time in transit and keep your orchid as healthy as possible.  We will do our best to notify you when this may be necessary.

When you receive orchid plants from us via a common carrier (UPS,etc.) always accept the shipment even if the carton shows outward damage (even severe damage).  Through our experience and time tested packing, we have found that the plants are rarely damaged inside the carton. If there is damage, please report it to us immediately, we can than file a claim with the carrier.  At that point, we will make the proper adjustments/replacements. Please save ALL shipping containers and all packing materials for possible inspection by the carrier.

Return Policy

Orchids and tropical plants are exotic and diverse  - that's what we love about them!  While we will try our best to closely match your color choices, every variety is different.  Your bloom color may not exactly match the blooms pictured.  Our goal is to supply a wide variety of orchids and tropical plants so that every arrangement we create is unique.  Additionally, all arrangement heights represent averages and may vary.

All plants are labeled to the best of our knowledge and are free from any contagious disease.  Safe arrival of a healthy orchid plant is guaranteed. However, buds and flowers are not.  Although we do our utmost to pack every in-bud orchid very carefully, we cannot be responsible for damage to the buds or flowers.  We will also do our best to provide you with the knowledge and resources to be successful with your purchase.  However, since the plants are no longer in our care, we cannot guarantee their flower productivity.  

If you are not satisfied with the plant itself, we will replace it free of charge upon return of the original plant.  Any complaints must be filed within 10 days of receipt of the plants.  Our liability is restricted to the original purchase price of the plant only.
